Experience the thrill of teaching in Hong Kong – a vibrant, cosmopolitan city where Eastern and Western cultures seamlessly blend.
In our immersive 6-week programme, you’ll work with small groups of children aged 3 to 12, teaching a variety of subjects including English, Ed Tech, Science, Arts, Maths, and more. This opportunity allows you to hone essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability.
Comprehensive training before your classroom debut ensures you’re ready to lead, while ongoing support and comfortable accommodation have you covered every step of the way.

Fees & Funding
This is an opportunity not to be missed! In terms of costs, please see an outline below. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Programme Fees:
- £300 deposit to confirm your place on the programme (this is reimbursed at the end)
- £2,850 total fee for the 6 week programme (see what’s included below)
- £2,000 salary at the end of the programme
At the University of Central Lancashire, we offer a Bursary for exciting international programmes such as this!
On top of the UCLan Bursary, students will be able to receive Turing Funding as well. This funding will only be available for a maximum of 28 days, even if the you go for more than that time. Please see details below:
Funding Available:
- £800 UCLan Bursary towards the programme fee
- £500 + Turing Funding (this can be more… it depends on student household income etc)

To join the programme, you must meet the following requirements…

Be a native-level English speaker

Be currently studying at university or recently graduated

The ability to obtain a VISA
