Kick-start your coaching career by leading high-energy football sessions for children and teens (roughly 5–18) across schools and community pitches in Hong Kong. You’ll run after-school classes, weekend squads and holiday camps, guiding mixed-ability groups through engaging, structured sessions that build confidence, teamwork and technical skill. It’s hands-on from day one: set up sessions, plan drills, manage small groups, give clear feedback, and celebrate progress on and off the pitch.

This role is ideal for anyone with a passion for sports and teaching. You’ll refine your coaching voice, learn to differentiate for varied abilities (including girls’ football and specialist keeper work), and gain leadership experience that looks great on a CV. Expect a supportive environment with session frameworks, regular feedback, and chances to lead tournaments, school festivals and holiday programmes. Outside coaching hours, you’ll have time to explore Hong Kong’s beaches, trails and food scene – while growing a global network of fellow coaches and educators.
